Here i am going to show your how to install android m on your Nexus device. Doing this is simple, all you need do is get the Android M image and ADB file to run some commands on your desktop.
As usual, you should take the full backup of your Nexus and don’t try it on any other device except Nexus 5, Nexus 6 And Nexus 9.
How To Install Android M on Nexus 5, Nexus 6 & nexus 9
Step 1. Now you need to make sure you have all your files, download Android M Images from the below mention link and extract the folder on your desktop.
Step 2. Then download and install the ADB drivers on your desktop.
Step 3. Once installed, now boot your Nexus smartphone into bootloader mode and then connect the device to your Computer.
Step 4. After that, then open the Android M Folder that was extracted to the desktop in step one above, then run the file named flash-all.
flash-all.bat for Windows PC
flash-all.sh for Linux
Step 5. Once you run it, then it will start flashing your device, and this may take a little time
Step 6. After all the flashing is done, your device will then reboot automatically.
Wholla!, Your Nexus now run on Android M.
