HOW TO REDIRECT CUSTOM DOMAIN TO BLOGGER (NEW INTERFACE)
First You need to get your domain registered
There are two different methods we can use to set up a custom domain with Blogger:
- Purchase a domain through Blogger for $10 – With this your domain is automatically configured
- Use advanced settings to purchase and set up our own custom – With this you will need to register your domain from trusted domain register, You can register a cheap domain at Ahmsta Technologies. Its more cheaper than purchasing directly through Blogger.
Once you have registered your domian (especially with Ahmsta Technologies)
In your Control Panel, click on your domain, then Navigate to your DNS (Domain Name System) settings.
On the first tab which is the A record, Enter your domain name in the format example.com, and list the I.P. addresses shown below in the “A” section. You’ll need to create four separate A-records which point to four different Google IPs.
After that navigate to the CNAME record tab, In this tab you will need to set two CNAME records. For the first CNAME, where it says Name, Label or Host enter “www” or “blog” (if its a sub-domain lik blog.mysite.com) and where it says Destination, Target or Points To enter “ghs.google.com” .
For the second CNAME, enter “S4N2X56QYE7A” as the Name and
“gv-GFNBNQHRCXZBGPGMCI7Z65NUSWVXQJGY3XBNEVWSRSHZ43HKYSFQ.domainverify.googlehosted.com.” as the Destination.
Check here for detailed instructions on how to create CNAMEs for various registrars.

It can take up to three days for changes to the DNS settings to properly redirect to your Blogger hosted site. Switch back to using your *blogspot.com subdomain in the Settings>Publishing tab and try again a little later.
You can as well ping your site, By Pinging your domain name, you’ll be able to tell if the DNS settings have taken effect. A simple way of pinging your domain is to use Ping.eu’s free service or Who.is
